BACKGROUND
HERRINGTON HOUSE EXECUTIVE ACCOMODATION, a legend in the B&B business,  black owned establishment  in Umtata in the Eastern Cape,  
We boast of our up to standard rooms, It is well fenced secured parking that makes guest feel at home.

It also has its own executive room, fully licensed bar, conference area and is perfect for events.  We are in the centre of Southernwood such that not even a single guest can get lost. We also boasts of its warm hospitality, executive bedrooms that are just out of this world. We also host overseas tourists of which monthly we have records of them e.g.; Europe, Germany and Austria the list is endless.

ESTABLISHED RELATIONS
We have extensive experience in catering and conferencing even offered venue for training of both the staff and the owners so as to improve their culinary skills.

We have various travel agencies who visited and use our establishment time and again, I’m proud to mention: Rennies, Sure Travel, Travel with Flair, Ebony, they never stops engaging us.

We are also a member to a newly formed Association which SOUTHERNWOOD HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATION. We are network of B&B’s Guest houses in our area and we work hand in hand to secure business and develop one another, through sharing ideas.

ARE WE UP TO STANDARD?
Yes, Herrington House has been graded by the Grading Council and affiliate to the Eastern Cape Tourism Board and as such boast of 85% occupancy. This therefore proves that if you work with the HERRINGTON HOUSE EXECUTIVE ACCOMODATION you are working with the best around town.

OUR STAFF
We are staffed with 6 employees full time and have 2 part-time , we often call them when we  are busy, and we need to reinforce.. They are well trained and are able to handle our clients with love care.

STAFF RETENTION POLICY
We have invested  in human capital and we  win competitors race because our staff’s  will ability to win clients’ hearts as they are source of our  wealth (golden eggs).
